Privacy Notice

Last updated: 17 July 2026. This notice explains how Profit AI Clash Pte. Ltd. handles personal data in connection with this website and our programmes.

Profit AI Clash Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202963847M), of 1 Wallich Street, #14-01, Guoco Tower, Singapore 078881 ("Profit AI Clash", "we", "us", or "our"), respects the privacy of visitors to profitaiclash.life (the "Site") and of learners who register for our programmes and services. This Privacy Notice is written to meet the standards of Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") and explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have over it. By using this Site or submitting a form to us, you acknowledge that you have read this notice.

1. Who this notice covers

This notice applies to anyone who visits the Site, submits an enquiry through our contact form, registers for a lane, workshop, or corporate training session, or otherwise interacts with Profit AI Clash in connection with our courses and services. It does not apply to the practices of third-party websites we may link to, including payment processors, video conferencing tools, or social media platforms, each of which maintains its own privacy notice.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect personal data directly from you, and in limited cases automatically through the Site. The categories of personal data we may collect include:

  • Contact details: full name, email address, and phone number, provided when you submit our contact form, register for a lane, or otherwise get in touch.
  • Enquiry content: the subject you select and the message you write when contacting us, including any details you choose to share about your goals, current role, or organisation.
  • Registration details: lane or service selected, cohort dates, payment reference (processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers), and any accessibility or dietary notes you volunteer for in-person sessions.
  • Corporate training details: organisation name, billing contact, and headcount, where you enquire on behalf of an employer.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate session duration, collected through cookies and similar technologies where you have given consent. See our Cookie Notice for details.
  • Correspondence: records of emails, calls, or messages exchanged with our team in relation to your enquiry or registration.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as health records, unless you voluntarily disclose accessibility needs for an in-person session, in which case we use that data only to arrange reasonable accommodations.

3. How we collect personal data

We collect personal data when you: submit the contact form on this Site; email or call us directly; register for a lane, workshop, or corporate training session; complete a feedback or scoring form during a session; or interact with cookies on this Site after giving consent through our cookie banner. We do not purchase personal data from third-party data brokers, and we do not scrape personal data from other websites.

4. Purposes for which we use personal data

We collect, use, and disclose personal data only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, including to:

  • respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form or by email, phone, or in person;
  • process registrations for lanes, workshops, corporate training, and other services, including scheduling, invoicing, and issuing certificates of participation;
  • communicate practical information about a booked session, such as venue changes, timing updates, or pre-session materials;
  • maintain records required for our internal administration, including attendance and scored drill records used to provide feedback during a lane;
  • improve the Site and our programmes, including through anonymised or aggregated analytics where you have consented to analytics cookies;
  • send occasional updates about new lanes, workshops, or promotions, but only where you have separately opted in, and always with an easy way to unsubscribe;
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including tax, accounting, and corporate record-keeping requirements under Singapore law; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where necessary.

5. Legal basis and consent

Under the PDPA, we generally rely on your consent to collect, use, and disclose personal data for the purposes above. When you submit our contact form, you are asked to tick the consent checkbox (consent_pdpa) before the form can be sent; this checkbox is never pre-ticked, and submission is blocked until you actively tick it. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected], though withdrawing consent may limit our ability to respond to an existing enquiry or deliver a booked service. In some cases, we rely on other permitted grounds under the PDPA, such as where use of data is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract with you, or where use is required or authorised by law.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This Site uses a cookie banner offering Accept all, Reject all, and Customise options. Essential cookies that keep the Site functioning are always active. Optional analytics cookies are only set if you accept them, either through Accept all or through the Customise panel. Your cookie choice is stored on your device for approximately six months, after which the banner will reappear so you can confirm your preference again. Full details of the specific cookies we use, their purpose, and their duration are set out in our Cookie Notice.

7. Disclosure of personal data

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients, only as needed for the purposes described above:

  • Coaches and studio staff directly involved in delivering your lane, workshop, or corporate training session;
  • Service providers who support our operations, such as email delivery, website hosting, payment processing, and accounting, each bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations;
  • Professional advisers, including auditors, lawyers, and accountants, where necessary for their engagement;
  • Government authorities or regulators, where disclosure is required or authorised by Singapore law; and
  • A buyer or successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of some or all of our business assets, subject to confidentiality arrangements.

8. Overseas transfer of personal data

Some of our service providers, such as cloud hosting or email delivery platforms, may process personal data on servers located outside Singapore. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to protect personal data to a standard comparable to the protection under the PDPA, in accordance with section 26 of the PDPA.

9. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. As a general guide: contact form enquiries that do not result in a registration are retained for up to 24 months before deletion or anonymisation; registration and attendance records connected to a completed lane are retained for up to 7 years to meet accounting and record-keeping obligations; and cookie consent preferences are retained on your device for approximately 6 months. We periodically review data holdings and securely delete or anonymise data that is no longer needed.

10. Data security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks. These include access controls limiting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, secure transmission of data submitted through this Site, and regular review of our data handling practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep risk as low as reasonably possible.

11. Your rights under the PDPA

Subject to applicable exceptions under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • request access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data, subject to any legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice; and
  • ask questions about how we handle your personal data.

To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in section 17 below. We will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within the timeframe required by the PDPA. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request, and we may charge a reasonable fee for access requests where permitted by law.

12. Children's data

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above, or corporate learners nominated by an employer. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us so we can remove it.

13. Marketing communications and preferences

Where you have opted in to receive updates about new lanes, workshops, or promotions, you can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the message, or by emailing [email protected] with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line. Withdrawing consent to marketing communications does not affect our ability to send you operational messages related to a lane or service you have already registered for, such as venue changes or timing updates, since those messages are necessary for us to deliver the service you asked for.

14. Automated decision-making

We do not use personal data to make decisions about you through fully automated means that would have a legal or similarly significant effect on you. Scored drill feedback given during a lane is generated by a coach reviewing your work, with any AI-assisted tools used only to support, and never replace, a coach's own judgement.

15. Third-party links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites, such as payment providers or social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy notices before providing personal data to them.

16. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change whenever we make a material revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically, particularly before registering for a new lane or service.

17. Contact us and our Data Protection Officer
